The Archives

Before Velvet Oak Home became what it is today, there were years spent inside unfinished homes, paint-covered clothes, wallpaper scraps on the floor, and long days learning what truly makes a house feel like home.

These images are pieces of that journey—past projects, behind-the-scenes moments, evolving styles, and the work that shaped me as a designer.

What matters most to me isn't perfection, but the decades of experience, creativity, and love of home behind each space.

Long before social media portfolios and curated feeds, there were real homes, real clients, and real work happening behind the scenes.

This is where it all began.
